No. Systemic counselling is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If it becomes clear that you need therapeutic support, I will say so openly and help you find it.

I bring my own story, but I work in a deliberately worldview-sensitive way. You do not need to be religious or secular to be welcome here.

What does a first session look like?

We take 60–90 minutes to clarify your concern, see whether the chemistry fits, and decide together whether and how to continue.

One-to-one from €110, couples/groups from €160. A limited number of reduced rate slots are available.

That is up to you. Some come once for clarification, others stay in counselling for months. There is no fixed package.

Yes. I work according to the confidentiality standards of systemic counselling; nothing leaves the room without your explicit consent.
