Talks and workshops on worldview questions, existential crises and suicide prevention, as well as counselling in the context of conspiracy theories and the Reichsbürger movement

THE PROBLEM

Many organisations invest heavily in training — workshops, talks, retreats and initiatives — without ever addressing the root cause of what is breaking down.

Conflicts keep recurring. Belonging initiatives fail to take hold. The psychological safety leadership talks about never quite materialises, and those affected cannot say why.

The reason is simple: every person in a team arrives with a relational blueprint — a set of patterns for how they compete, navigate conflict, hold power and belong. These patterns were formed long before they joined the organisation. And without the right framework to surface and address them, no amount of training will change them.

That is where my accompaniment begins.

Jenny Winkler bei einem Fachvortrag

Keynote, Panel, Workshop

I'm Jenny Winkler, a licensed counsellor, author, and creator of the Siblinghood Theory — a relational framework that examines how our earliest peer relationships shape the way we navigate belonging, conflict, and connection throughout our lives.

My consulting work helps organisations address three core pressure points that show up in every team, at every level:

Belonging: Why people don't feel it despite your efforts — and what's actually in the way. I help organisations identify the relational blueprints their employees bring into the building and create a shared language for what belonging actually requires.

Conflict: Why it keeps recurring despite training and intervention. Internal conflict isn't a communication problem — it's a relational pattern problem. I help teams understand the dynamics driving disconnection and develop the skills to navigate it differently.

Psychological Safety: Building the conditions for high performance. Psychological safety isn't a policy — it's a felt sense rooted in how people learned to navigate power and belonging with their earliest peers. I create the awareness that makes it possible.

How We Can Work Together

Keynotes and Panel Discussions

A 45–60-minute talk for conferences, leadership summits, and company all-hands. Designed to shift how your audience thinks about belonging, conflict, and connection — and send them back to their teams with a new lens.

Lectures

60–90-minute interactive sessions for teams, ERGs, and leadership cohorts. Participants map their own relational blueprints and explore how those patterns show up at work. Available virtually and in person.

Workshops

Multi-session programming for people managers and HR leaders focused on conflict navigation, power dynamics, emotional attunement, and building psychological safety at the team level.

Specialist Articles

Ongoing support for HR teams and leadership groups navigating belonging gaps, recurring conflict, or cultural transformation. I serve as an embedded thought partner — helping you design initiatives, interpret team dynamics through the lens of The Siblinghood Theory, and build the relational conditions your organization needs to thrive. Engagements are scoped based on your specific needs and goals.

Interviews, Media Consulting, Script Consulting

A structured diagnostic engagement where I review your team dynamics, conflict patterns, and belonging gaps — through surveys, interviews, or focus groups — and deliver a report with specific, actionable recommendations. Available as a standalone project or as the entry point to a longer advisory relationship.

The talk reached our team professionally and personally. I have rarely seen a speaker handle this topic so clearly and so carefully at the same time.
